 -30 Min. Semi-private (2 – 4)

Times Per Week

1 to 5 days per week

In a 45 sec test will give you get the following data:

-Total Muscle Mass

- Total Fat Mass

- Total Body Water

- Skeletal Muscle Mass

- Obesity Analysis – Body Fat % and BMI

- Segmental Analysis of Muscle Mass

    (R/L – Arms, R/L – Legs, Trunk)

- Basal Metabolic Rate – How many

    calories you burn per day

 

GUIDANCE GIVEN ON HOW TO MANAGE YOUR BODY COMPOSITION

Skills Fit is a Trainer led workout combining  Dynamic Warm-up, High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) Training, CORE/Flexibility and Cardio training.  It is Group Training which lends itself to increased motivation and social interaction pushing each person beyond their comfort zone.

 

H.I.I.T.  creates an increase in metabolism for up to 36 hours in some cases allowing for the ability to burn  calories far beyond that found in traditional exercise.

* Multiple classes offered Daily

 

-Monday is Legs, Tuesday is Upper Body, Wednesday either mobility, cardio or plyo, Thursday is full body, Friday Challenge and Saturday we cater to the crowd that comes.

 

Mon-Fri 5:30 AM  - 6:15 AM - 7:15 AM - 8:00AM -

9:15 AM

 

Mon- Thurs we also have a  5:30 PM class and

Saturdays at 7:45 AM

Nutrition counseling is a 30 minute, one-on-one weekly session with a licensed professional who will help you design a plan to reach your health and fitness goals.

 

Each individual will receive a week-by-week plan with a wide variety or recipes and eating ideas.  The InBody machine will track results including body fat %, lean muscle mass and overall weight.

    There is an additional cost added on to your membership not to exceed $95 combined.
